Hi Steph, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Started my journey as an entrepreneur at the age of 23. Opened my own health and fitness brand Alpha Athletics.

Specializing in sports therapy and personal training.

I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey has been a fairly smooth road?
Definitely a huge learning curve. Learning how to build a brand, acquire clients and develop a reputation.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
Sports therapy and 1 on 1 coaching/personal training.

We deal with a wide range of athletes like golfers, hockey players, and bodybuilders.

Known for our sports therapy massage which includes a series of table-based stretches, cupping, and Graston.
