Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
It all started one day working out in a garage. My business partner, Aiden, and I were training on a summer day and realized that we wanted to make something to help small businesses. It was 2020, and we felt so sad for all of the family-owned places shutting down because of lockdowns. And that’s when we came up with LifeLineUSA: a platform where people could find and shop from good brands across the U.S. as a way to bolster to grassroots economy.
Now, we have over 500+ brands on the LifeLineUSA marketplace and growing. What started as an idea to help good businesses is now becoming a true resource for both customers and business owners.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It has been quite a challenge actually. Our integration software crashed 6 times and we’ve had to rebuild most of our systems. The good part is that we have learned so much in being a startup that we now can share those lessons with the other businesses we work with.
Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about LifeLineUSA, LLC?
LifeLineUSA is a marketplace to connect customers with American and family-owned brands. People want to support good companies, especially if those are run by families. Every customer is the LifeLine for these brands and the future of the grassroots economy. Our goal is to offer a selection of products that covers almost every side of living, from kitchenware to clothing to garden products. This way, everyone can buy with convenience and support those grassroots brands.
One cool thing we’re known for is our 100% free marketing. Every brand we work with we do all of our marketing for them as a free service to share their name with more people. There are so many costs with a startup business that we thought we’d reduce some of that startup cost.
As a brand, we spend a lot of time showcasing the companies we work with. One of the biggest hits has been our American Entrepreneur series where we share the origin story behind the brand. People just absolutely love reading their stories.

What matters most to me in business is making something really special for everyone: the employees, the customers, the vendors and suppliers.
