Gentry Investment Properties was founded in 2017 and has since grown into the company we are today, serving several low-income families with quality, affordable housing. We’ve used a variety of investing strategies along the way to support our growth and mission.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Growing our business has been challenging, primarily due to limited capital.

Gentry Investment Properties specializes in offering quality, affordable housing for low- to moderate-income families, with a portfolio that includes properties across Davidson, Williamson, Rutherford, and Maury counties.
What sort of changes are you expecting over the next 5-10 years?
Over the next 5 to 10 years, we plan to expand our portfolio to offer more housing for those in need.
