Let’s jump in: What do the first 90 minutes of your day look like?
The first 90 minutes of my ideal day are spent in a hot yoga class followed by some caffeine.
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
My name is Lexi Anand, and I am a student at Vanderbilt University and a singer-songwriter who has spent my life performing and creating music, from stages like Carnegie Hall to releasing original songs that have reached hundreds of thousands of listeners worldwide.
Appreciate your sharing that. Let’s talk about your life, growing up and some of topics and learnings around that. What relationship most shaped how you see yourself?
The relationship that has most shaped how I see myself is with my parents. Their unwavering belief in my dreams, constant encouragement, and example of dedication gave me the confidence to pursue big goals and trust in my own potential.
If you could say one kind thing to your younger self, what would it be?
I would tell her to be bolder and not to be afraid to speak up for what she wants and believes in.

I’m committed to empowering people to become their best selves and trust that their greatest dreams can become reality.

I feel most at peace after I’ve written everything on my mind into my journal.
