Today we’d like to introduce you to Chuck Ebert. Them and their team share their story with us below:
“It’s the song that inspires, the music that transforms, and the creative art that comes from putting it together. That’s music, and that’s what I love so much about being a producer.” – Chuck Ebert
A Grammy® award-winner, Executive Producer Chuck Ebert has amassed over 30 years of professional experience working in almost every capacity of music production. He has produced/engineered many Grammy® nominated and award-winning artists, including Don Henley, The Dixie Chicks, Kris Kristofferson, Jim Kimo West, Brian Setzer, Janky, and Grant Maloy Smith, James Blackwood, The Light Crust Doughboys, The Jordanaires and many more. He has also worked with ESPN, HBO, The Travel Channel, and the Academy Awards. As the CEO of Axon Entertainment, Ebert guides a team of industry leaders who elevate the work of today’s music artists from songwriting to recording, publishing to radio promotion, video production to touring support, and branding to artist management.
An eight-time Grammy® nominee and award-winning producer, songwriter, recording, and mastering engineer, Chuck produced Grammy® contenders in 2017, 2018, and 2019 with “Hymns from Wichita Avenue,” “To Hymn be The Glory,” and “We’re Gonna Follow Jesus” by gospel recording artist Katy Gaby. Released on Axon’s record label, The Cabin Record Co., Chuck produced the album project “Good Bar Attendee” with country recording artist and rising star Jeff Clayborn which landed #1 on the country charts and broke #1 in Europe. Clayborn’s release, “I Reckon,” also produced by Ebert, was in Grammy® contention for 2020 and broke the top 10 internationally. Chuck’s recent project with comedian Chad Prather garnished the #1 comedy album in the nation within three days of release and was a Grammy® contender for 2021.
Production for Chuck’s latest projects has come from his cutting-edge, world-class recording studio, The Cabin. Ebert’s custom, innovative music studio offers state-of-the-art recording technology in a warm, log cabin interior. Musicians have called it 2,400 square feet of “pure recording bliss.” Others are also noting that The Cabin’s unique concept and superior acoustics landed a feature in Mix Magazine.
Chuck is also quite a spokesperson! His witty humor and outgoing personality have made him an ideal guest emcee for various events and charities nationwide, such as Trauma Support Services of North Texas, “Rooted in Song – An American Music Experience” and “An Evening with Chad Prather” at Enchanted Rock Ranch, “A World of Guitar” and “Noche de Pasion” at the Kimbell Art Museum, Animal Hope Adoptions, LightCatcher Winery Special Events, “Sting Fling” and “Christmas on Main Street” at Azle Chamber of Commerce, “Axon’s World-Wide Music Artist Series” and many more.

We all face challenges, but looking back, would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Life is a Highway; sometimes you break down and cry, and other times change the tire and move on!
Any advice for finding a mentor or networking in general?
Mentors are fantastic people; you can’t network enough to explore opportunities and make new ones! I’ve attended many events in life, and show biz means “SHOWING UP”!
