Hi F Words Podcast, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Sweden & Chloe met at Lamaze Class back in 2013. Both pregnant with their first born daughters. Became fast friends and started our very first business of handmade bows for new born babies & young girls. We parted from that business as we added more kids to our families and life got busy. In 2023 we started our F*Words podcast. F*Words is a viral Instagram account and podcast focused on fitness, family, friendship, and all the other “f words” that come along with navigating adulthood. We are based in Franklin and are proud to have a large female audience both in Middle Tennessee and across the country. Chloe and Sweden create a place for women to come together in an authentic, relatable, and fun space.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
This was a passion podcast for us as we raised our kids. The struggle is that we have very busy and full lives as mothers but we are passionate about creating, and we are committed to our time together as friends.

Is there something surprising that you feel even people who know you might not know about?
Our podcast is focused on keeping it real and sharing real life experiences both past and present. Our future goal includes being a traveling podcast.
