Today we’d like to introduce you to LunaverSol.
Hi LunaverSol, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I’m LunaverSol, an artist from southeastern Kentucky. My music blends Appalachian roots with Neo soul, lofi, R&B, and pop.
I started my journey in Atlanta back in 2017, and released my first offering, Ganesha — a prayer in sound.
I moved to Louisville for a few years from 2022-2025 and really enjoyed connecting and creating a home in the music community there.
I’ve worked with amazing producers like Deraj Global, TayBeats502, and Roman Lane, and one of my proudest moments was performing at the Capitol for Kentucky’s first Hip-Hop Day.
Now, I’m based back in Georgia but working wherever it takes me, enjoying the growth and connecting with others, preparing for shows, new collaborations, and the release of my next projects.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Like all journeys, it has had its ups and downs. For me, the biggest challenges have been managing social media and handling the background administration. At first, all the behind-the-scenes work felt confusing, but once I got familiar with it, it became fun.
Holding myself accountable and making sure I stay on an administrative schedule is definitely a challenge that I’m still working on. I have writer’s block sometimes, but I’ve learned that if I just give myself permission to write ‘trash,’ something I like usually comes out of it.
Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
I am a recording/performing artist mostly but, I like to indulge in all kinds of creative things. Lately I’ve learned to record myself and produce beats and thats been awesome honestly. I’ve also been running recording sessions for other artists, I’ve learned no matter how I’m doing it, I really enjoy brining music into the world.
Do you have any advice for those just starting out?
Learn how to teach yourself and fall in love with learning for your passions. Look up the skills you’ll need so you can do as much as possible on your own. It also helps to study and even create a personal curriculum to really master your craft.
And last, but definitely not least — stack your money. The more you save, the more quality you can put into your projects, and the less you’ll hesitate when it’s time to execute.
