Today we’d like to introduce you to Abigail Talley

Hi Abigail , so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I started my career at WAX Nashville four years ago at the front desk. This was my second job; I was an elementary teacher during this time. Shortly after being immersed in this environment, I decided to go back to school and pursue aesthetics. I was an aesthetician for a year and a half before moving into a management + aesthetics role. I now manage a group of 11 amazing women while also accepting clients and pampering the city of Nashville!

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
I am lucky enough to have received amazing guidance and mentorship from my peers at WAX Nashville when I was just starting out. Leaving one career to start a new one is always nerve-racking. I still definitely suffer from imposter syndrome sometimes!
