Meet Andy Mcphee of Los Angeles

Today we’d like to introduce you to Andy Mcphee.

Hi Andy, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start, maybe you can share some of your backstories with our readers?
I was born in 1952,I was a very angry from the youngest age. I remember being four years old, kicking a hole in our back door My parents were the best, but I was just that kid that came into this world pissed off.

Both passed on now, we had a great family life always had good homes traveled a lot dad had a great job older brother and sister, and younger brother we are very close.

I was very restless soul always on move. Always on the run ,from an early age ran away from school during the day here and there and into teen years ran away but my parents always took me back ,they were more than patient with me.

My friends parents were sacked as caretakers from the school I went at 8 years old because I caused trouble after school hours with my friend while his parents cleaned the school , eventually they knew the vandalism was us and his parents sadly were sacked.

I was always in trouble found it and loved I it ,I failed high school three times ran away from home again at 15,I gave my mum so much stress wondering where I was for 2 days Robbed the school office (money box) where we used to buy books and pens and pencils.

I got into more trouble and wanted to be in a bike club from the age of 15 used to look at motorcycles books and draw motorcycles, I ended up later in adult life riding with clubs I was not a member, but for 30 years I was in the circle

I was the cause of my relationships breakups, I have seven children and six grandchildren now.

How many jobs from store clerk got sacked after only 3 months then I was a locomotive engineer for 13 years, pool lifeguard, pool operations manager, scrap metal dealer, or gardening service, bouncer working in nightclubs. Pro wrestler , black belt judo.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
No it wasn’t an easy path, What I had to overcome was with the relationship breakups I caused, I was leaving my partners with the children to bring up on her own and emotional stress being the weekend Dad to my kids, I had three marriage breakdowns, and I just kept moving forward thinking everything was going to be OK. And not taking responsibility or getting help for my anger problems.

When I was at my lowest, back up against the wall, realizing now in my 60s life wasn’t going to be OK, so I hadn’t healed the relationships and I hadn’t healed myself. So I started really looking deeply into where I could get help, I did the landmark forum I was an introduction leader LANDMARK for over 6 1/2 years, helping coach and bring others to understanding their past thru my coaching/mentorship with the tools I got from LANDMARK. Then things started to change I re-created healing in my own relationships my children and my work and coaching and Acting started flowing in and I had peace finally .

Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
What I believe said to me apart is my journey which you have seen a snapshot of the above there is a lot more involved in that story, I can use my experiences to share with others how to better yourself how to empower yourself and to understand that you’re not your past. And helping Actors stop that in her mind running all the time to become better creatives and more self empowered.

What I do is now along with my Friend and once client Doug Kenney, Now we are partners in a YouTube channel I created to originally shared Doug story of his Breakthroughs over six years ,we interviewed Doug on the channel called relentless and unstoppable which I created because of Doug. And we now have over 1 million views interviewing incredible people around the world sharing their journeys, as I write this I book 3 films and coaching internationally inspiring others to find the greatness.

And I coached my son from 8 yo he now 26 yo and Oscar nomination this year and Golden Globe awarded.

And helped many people find the hidden greatness on themselves.

Is there a quality that you most attribute to your success?
Yes the quality I attribute is that I never gave up, I knew what I was doing was hurting other people emotionally, destroying friendships, and deep down inside I didn’t wanna be that person. That’s what I coach with life coaching and the actors i coach /mentor , is you have a greatness inside of you, when you’re still and you stop the Inner mind chatter, And you get to study the creative arts of writing, painting, singing, movement etc. it’s a great way to bring peace to the soul and healing. And let go of your past if you need help then seek help.

Nothing changes until you change when you change, everything changes.
