Today we’d like to introduce you to Archer Astrology

Hi Archer, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
Thank you so much for the opportunity for this interview. I am honored. I am a third generation terror reader and self trained musician with years invested into both. I learned to play guitar, bass, drums and piano by myself and learned the tarot from my mother and grandmother. I had set tarot to the back and focused on my day jobs and music for most of my life. Balancing music with Car sales for a long time followed by property management and real estate. I’ve always had a gift for working with others. Later it was suggested to bring tarot back into mainstream as it had originally been intended. I watched so many readers online and in public reading cards with the wrong intentions that it had drifted from being for the good and into a form of divination. This was one of many factors that led me to starting my YouTube channel and using what my mother and grandmother had taught me about connecting tarot to the Bible in order to bring it back into the proper light as the world is changing around us so fast at this time that a little guidance always helps. I still have my grandmothers original deck from the 1950s with Bible verses written on each card. Having been raised Catholic and Christian my mother helped teach me what her mother had taught here to use my gifts for the good and help others find healing and guidance on their journey. I look at the cards like a bible or a road map to find ourselves. Like an extra tool in the tool box of life. It’s opened many doors for me that I am truly blessed by that led me from Michigan to here in Nashville and I’ve loved the journey so far!

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Working with the public always has its struggles but I’ve always looked at them as lessons to overcome. I still get stage fright before going live or a public appearance weather it’s jamming with friends at a studio, performing downtown alone or in a band, right to the public appearances to read the cards as well as my live streams on YouTube and TikTok. To be able to connect with the people always help me overcome it. I love the family feeling that happens at any show I’m a part of.

Starting the channel and maintaining it is a lot too. When you break the 9-5 cycle and become self employed it can take on a 24/7 life of its own. A lot of the struggles were the long hours and staying dedicated even when things were just starting and the channel only had a few subscribers.

Never letting these obstacles stop me and persevering through these times helped me overcome those rough days working my day job in the leasing office at an apartment community while uploading videos to making it my full time job which I’m celebrating the 1 year anniversary of the channel being my soul full time employee ent this month and it has been worth every struggle just to get here. To always keep the mind set of, “I’m the channel with a million subscribers” has kept me motivated and still does. Always looking towards the future instead of focusing on the current struggles at hand have been a major part of my journey. Same with music. All the times I was ignored or turned down made me work harder for the future I know I wanted.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I’m currently the only channel on YouTube and the only public reader currently incorporating the Bible and live music into tarot. I incorporate my intuition and gifts along with the cards and biblical teachings to associate the messages to day to day life. More than just love I focus on growth and healing. In a world where dating, relationships, work and life are constantly being tested I continue to believe in peace and love and that we can truly find it. I’ve always had a creative and artistic side to me that I’m able to incorporate into my messages as well. I’m not just reciting the definitions of the cards but really working to connect the cards to those I’m working with. I also take my readings and music public incorporating entire shows that feature live readings, music and a true family feel. My dream is to one day fill The Ryman to capacity for a live tarot reading mixed with music and other events to make an entire stage show that everyone leaves feeling a little bit better from. I’m most proud of my followers and subscribers. They’re family to me and I’m honored and blessed every day that they choose to be a part of what I’m doing. Without every one of them I wouldn’t be here.

We all have a different way of looking at and defining success. How do you define success?
Success is defined by what you learn from your failures combined with how happy you feel doing what you’re doing. Happiness and success go hand in hand.
