Today we’d like to introduce you to Bae Fertiti.
Bae, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
My journey really started with a desire to create opportunities—not just for myself, but for the people and communities around me.
I’ve always been someone who naturally connects people, ideas, and opportunities. Over the years, I found myself working behind the scenes in entertainment, public relations, community initiatives, and brand development. I learned how to build relationships, tell people’s stories, create visibility, and, most importantly, how to turn an idea into something people could actually experience.
That eventually led me to create Bae Fertiti and the Bae Fertiti Foundation. What started as my own vision grew into a platform that allows me to combine entrepreneurship, entertainment, public relations, and community work. I’ve had the opportunity to work with artists, brands, organizations, and community leaders, while also creating initiatives focused on giving back and making sure people—especially young people—know that they matter and that there is a place for them.
One of the things that has shaped me the most is understanding that success isn’t just about what you can accomplish for yourself. It’s also about who you can bring with you. I’ve always wanted my work to open doors for other people, whether that means connecting someone to an opportunity, helping a brand get the exposure it deserves, creating an event that brings a community together, or simply giving someone the confidence to believe in themselves.
My journey hasn’t been perfect. There have been moments when I had to figure things out as I went, take risks, start over, and believe in myself before anyone else could see the vision. But every experience taught me something and helped me become more confident in who I am and what I’m capable of building.
Today, I’m still growing, still learning, and still creating. I see Bae Fertiti as more than a brand—it’s a reflection of my personality, my creativity, my resilience, and my belief that there is room at the table for all of us.
I’m proud of how far I’ve come, but I’m even more excited about where I’m going. My goal is to continue building something that creates opportunities, tells meaningful stories, serves my community, and leaves an impact long after I’m gone.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
No, it definitely hasn’t been a smooth road, and honestly, I don’t think I would be where I am today if it had been.
One of my biggest struggles has been learning how to believe in my vision even when other people couldn’t see it yet. When you’re building something from the ground up, there are times when you have to wear every hat—you’re the visionary, the marketer, the problem-solver, the person making the calls, and sometimes the person encouraging yourself when you’re exhausted.
I’ve also had to navigate the challenges that come with working in entertainment, PR, and entrepreneurship—learning who genuinely believes in you, understanding that every opportunity isn’t necessarily the right opportunity, and learning not to undervalue my time, relationships, creativity, or the work that I bring to the table.
There have been disappointments, unexpected setbacks, financial challenges, and moments where things simply didn’t go the way I planned. I’ve had to learn how to pivot instead of giving up. Some of the hardest moments actually forced me to become more strategic and intentional about the way I build.
What I’ve learned is that the struggle is part of the story. It taught me patience, resilience, and the importance of continuing to show up for myself. I’ve learned that success isn’t always about having a straight path—it’s about being willing to keep moving when the path changes.
Those experiences have made me stronger, but they’ve also made me more compassionate toward other people who are trying to build something of their own. I know what it feels like to have a vision that hasn’t become reality yet, and that’s one of the reasons I’m so passionate about creating opportunities for other people.
I wouldn’t erase the difficult parts of my journey. They taught me how to become the woman and entrepreneur I am today.

I am the founder of Bae Fertiti and the Bae Fertiti Foundation, where I combine entrepreneurship, public relations, entertainment, community engagement, and advocacy to create opportunities that make a lasting impact.
My work focuses on connecting people, brands, artists, organizations, and communities. I specialize in public relations, brand development, event planning, strategic partnerships, community outreach, and creating experiences that bring people together. Whether I am helping promote a business, organizing community initiatives, supporting local talent, or building partnerships, my goal is always to create meaningful connections and positive outcomes.
I am also passionate about serving youth and families through the Bae Fertiti Foundation. One of the things I am most proud of is creating programs, events, and initiatives that remind people—especially young people—that they matter, they belong, and they have the ability to succeed. Seeing communities come together and witnessing the impact that these efforts have on individuals is one of the most rewarding parts of my work.
In the entertainment and public relations space, I am known for being a connector, a relationship-builder, and someone who sees potential in people and ideas. I enjoy helping others gain visibility, expand their networks, and access opportunities they may not have had otherwise. I have worked behind the scenes to help create experiences, elevate brands, and bring people together in ways that create value for everyone involved.
What sets me apart is that I lead with both purpose and authenticity. I don’t see success as being only about personal achievement—I believe success is about creating opportunities for others, building genuine relationships, and leaving a positive impact on the community. I bring creativity, resilience, and a people-first approach to everything I do.
Above all, I am most proud of building a platform that allows me to merge business, entertainment, advocacy, and service into work that not only creates opportunities, but also inspires and empowers others.
