Meet Bailey Koozer of Social Strategy with Bailey

Today we’d like to introduce you to Bailey Koozer.

Hi Bailey, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
I moved to Nashville in 2020 to study Music Business at Belmont University, where I discovered how powerful social media can be for helping artists build real connections with their audience. During my time there, I worked alongside multi-platinum artists and top music marketing agencies, learning how great strategy and storytelling can turn a song into a movement.

But I also saw a major problem. Most marketing services were completely unaffordable and out of reach for upcoming artists. After graduation, I decided to change that and be an affordable option. I launched my own agency with a simple mission: make professional, results-driven marketing accessible to artists who deserve to be heard, not just the ones who can afford it.

Since then, I’ve worked with 31 independent and emerging artists across genres from country to pop generating over 3.8 million impressions through creative, data-driven campaigns. My approach is rooted in authenticity and results: whether it’s growing a fanbase, boosting streams, or creating content that showcases them in a unique way, I help artists stand out in a crowded industry while staying true to themselves and their sound.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Starting a marketing agency straight out of college in an industry as competitive as music was definitely a challenge. Since I’m in the early days, I am a one woman show. I handle everything from going out to shows to meet new artists to posting on all platforms for current clients. I’m sending invoices, running all the ads, planning content shoots, doing videography, and editing multiple videos everyday. I wear every hat possible. Ten to twelve hour workdays are second nature to me now, but at first, it was a tough adjustment.

Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about Social Strategy with Bailey?
My agency, Social Strategy with Bailey, is a full-service marketing and digital advertising company that helps independent artists build lasting careers through strategy, creativity, and storytelling. I specialize in social media strategy, content creation, and advertising that drives real audience growth and engagement.

What makes my agency different is my approach. I combine data-driven marketing with a deep understanding of artistry (I’ll always be a songwriter at heart). Every campaign is designed to highlight what makes each artist unique while delivering measurable results. Whether it is a content shoot, a release strategy, or a nationwide tour ad campaign, everything I do is focused on connecting the right people to the right music.

Brand-wise, I am most proud of the impact that I have been able to make for independent artists who are building from the ground up. I’ve had an artist double their online audience since working with me. Seeing their music reach new audiences, grow streaming numbers, and fill venues makes me so excited to continue growing!

I want readers to know that with the right strategy, independent artists can compete on the same stage as anyone in the industry.

So, before we go, how can our readers or others connect or collaborate with you? How can they support you?
