Today we’d like to introduce you to Brianna Foley

Hi Brianna, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
I began my career in 2004 as a receptionist at a brokerage, where I witnessed both the housing boom and the subsequent crash. This experience initially made me hesitant about pursuing a long-term career in real estate. At that time, I was also attending college and decided to switch my major from business to teaching. I became a high school teacher and cheer coach at Chandler High School, but after four years, I realized teaching wasn’t the right fit for me.

I returned to school to earn my MBA in 2013 while simultaneously preparing for my real estate licensing exam. As I started working part-time in real estate alongside my sister, Brittney Hernandez, I discovered a genuine passion for the field. In 2014, I married my husband, Alex Foley, who soon joined our brokerage as a real estate agent. By 2016, I had earned my broker’s license, and both Alex and I have been dedicated to property management, buying, and selling ever since.

Working with my family and staying with the same brokerage for so many years has been incredibly rewarding. I truly enjoy the collaborative environment and the chance to grow and succeed together in this industry.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Real estate hasn’t always been smooth sailing. When I first started, I focused exclusively on showing rentals and worked tirelessly, seven days a week with no days off. It was a challenging period, but it was also when I built the foundation of my property management portfolio.

Over time, as I grew my client base and expanded my business, I was able to achieve the financial stability needed for my husband to leave his other job. Together, we were then able to fully dedicate ourselves to our passion for real estate. This journey not only underscores my commitment and perseverance but also highlights how our shared dedication has fueled our success in the industry.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
In my 11 years of experience in property management, I’ve successfully managed hundreds of homes, specializing in maximizing returns for investors. My focus is on guiding investors through the complexities of real estate, ensuring they achieve the highest possible ROI through our deep understanding of legalities and market dynamics.

We primarily work with investors seeking properties for long-term rentals. However, what sets us apart is our commitment to our tenants as well. We have developed a comprehensive program designed to assist tenants in becoming homeowners. From the moment they move into one of our rental properties, we provide support and resources to help them transition to homeownership by the end of their lease.

This dual focus not only enhances the value we provide to property owners but also creates meaningful opportunities for tenants to achieve their homeownership goals.

How do you define success?
To me, success is all about helping people turn their dreams into reality. Whether it’s guiding a first-time homebuyer through the process, assisting clients with upgrading their homes, or supporting investors in achieving their financial goals, I am dedicated to making their journey as smooth and successful as possible.

I take great pride in the fact that my work is almost entirely driven by referrals. This not only reflects the trust and satisfaction of my clients but also underscores my commitment to delivering exceptional service and results. My goal is always to provide the highest level of support, ensuring that each client and tenant reaches their end goal with confidence and ease.
