Meet Caroline Hartley of Fiat Integrative Health

Today we’d like to introduce you to Caroline Hartley.

Hi Caroline, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I started Fiat Integrative Health after being fired during COVID. I was working at a private practice and once I was fired I had patients texting, asking me to start my own practice. The Lord opened the right doors and we were able to open Fiat Integrative Health 5 weeks after I was fired. The vision was always to provide faith based whole family care that looked at the whole person – mind, body, and soul.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Honestly, there have been small growing pains, but overall everything has been such an incredible journey. We have a book of answered prayers and stories of how God has provided.

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about Fiat Integrative Health?
We offer a myriad of services, but the heart of everything we do is partnering with individuals on their journey to health and healing. Our Direct Primary Care services are cash based and allow for us to have hour long appointment times with patients, direct text access to your provider, and in house labs. We have a holistic approach but use medicine when needed. We LOVE partnering with individuals and families on their health journey to get everyone feeling their best and cared for. We see all ages!
Our counseling services have limited openings but we do see ages 6+ for faith based counseling. We see individuals and couples.
Our women’s health services are particularly unique. We are the only restorative reproductive medicine clinic in middle Tennessee with FEMM, Napro, and Neofertility certifications. We do hormone replacement therapy when needed in perimenopause and menopause. We treat unexplained infertility, PMOS, irregular cycles, or any hormonal concern!

Let’s talk about our city – what do you love? What do you not love?
We love Franklin tennessee, everyone is so friendly and so many people are looking to be healthy while also keeping God at the center of their lives. The only downside is that the word is out and so many people are moving here!
