Carrie’s story wasn’t written in the stars—it was carved out of grit, determination, and a refusal to let her past define her future. Growing up in states custody, with an eighth-grade education and parents who taught her everything she didn’t want to be, Carrie learned early on that life wasn’t going to hand her anything. At just 15, she became a mother, and while most teenagers were worrying about prom, she was juggling three jobs just to keep the lights on. But even then, she knew she was destined for more than the trailer park she came from.

Fast forward to her 23 years in the multi-family industry, where she climbed the corporate ladder with sheer tenacity. But as she rose, she realized something: the office drama wasn’t for her. What she loved was the maintenance side of things—the numbers, the financials, the tangible results of hard work. And she loved helping people. That’s when the idea for her business was born.

Carrie didn’t just want to start a company; she wanted to create a family. A place where employees weren’t just numbers, where work wasn’t just a grind. She wanted a workplace where people could laugh, dance, and genuinely enjoy themselves. And that’s exactly what she built. Whether she’s dancing around the office or playfully messing with Staci and Monica, Carrie makes sure her workplace is as fun as it is productive.

My mentor, Aunt Cindy, has been a guiding light throughout my journey. She taught me how to love deeply, to value honesty, respect, and the importance of being nonjudgmental. Her wisdom and encouragement have pushed me to be better, to work harder, and to become the person I am today.

Staci, my right hand and COO, is truly my biggest advocate. Having worked alongside me for years in the multi-family industry and now in my own business, she’s been a steadfast partner. Her ability to anticipate my thoughts and read my expressions is unmatched—it’s as if she knows me better than I know myself sometimes. Her loyalty and dedication have been instrumental in shaping our success.

Finally, I cannot emphasize enough the role my entire team plays in our business’s accomplishments.
