Hi Coach Burt, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
My former championship high school women’s basketball coach called my program “The Greatness Factory”. 17X author: WSJ best seller. Creating a unique place to work, learn, grow, and connect is called “The Greatness Factory” at 505.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Building construction in today’s economic climate and downtown Nashville has taken longer than expected but when we finish it will be an INCREDIBLE place to work, learn, grow, and connect.
