Hi Daniel and Keely, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I Daniel had childhood dream of Dairy. In a family line of dairymen having a great grandfather who had a few cows with his own delivery service of glass bottles of milk delivered with horse and wagon.
At 21 launched my own dairy feeding the comercial pipeline until going broke on the farm in 2008 Took a pause and refinance then started raw cheese production in 2017 Now operating a small dairy / processing facility . milking both sheep and cows and making all of their milk into raw milk cheeses Stepping up the game and now ripening cheese on wood boards in controlled elevated humidity for Natural rind varieties
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
The dream was solid . The road to get there was very winding with detours and obstacles along with opportunities .

Raw Natural Rind Cheeses In a world of pasteurized /processed food stuff
Very satisfied with our progress on capturing and elevating the living food “milk” that the cows and sheep supply us with on a daily /seasonal basis

Knowing the fact that our very sustenance comes from the earth that we live on.
therefore operating on the idea that
When we harm any part of that eco system we harm ourselves
So…… however small that our efforts are let us each do our best at taking steps away from the waste and pollution and reap the blessing of a cleaner nutritious existance
