Hi Eduardo, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
I moved to the U.S.A about 12 years ago. I wanted to give my family a better opportunity in a different country, so we packed up our whole life and moved here! I spent 8 years after that learning as much as I could from every job, boss, job, etc., as I possibly could! I always made it a priority to be a man of my word and build relationships with anyone I came across! I have had 2 other successful businesses in my life, so when the opportunity rose to start my own business, I took it and ran with it! I have had my business for a little over 2 years and am so proud of the work I have done and the people that have followed me and continue to work with me as the years go by!
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Not at all!! I don’t think any business owner has ever had an easy road to success. There are ups and downs, mistakes to learn from, some to just never attempt again, and everything in between. In this industry you are working with a lot of people, so some work relationships are bound to be a struggle, but I have learned over the years that consistency and humility will overpower any problem!

Do you have any advice for those just starting out?
BE PATIENT!! Building a business takes time and a lot of patience and trial and error! You have to give it your all because one mistake can make or break you. It’s not easy, but it is very rewarding!
