Hi Holley, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I have been a nurse since 2010, and caring for others has always been a true passion of mine. My husband and I relocated to this area in 2021 from Texas, where we had lived our entire lives prior to the move. Last year, I felt unfulfilled in my role and was inspired to return to direct patient care in a more meaningful way.
In June, I opened Eleve Wellness and Aesthetics in a small medical suite. Since then, I have rebranded as Thrivewell Wellness and Aesthetics and expanded into a larger office space off Charlie Daniels Parkway in November 2025.
My mission is to provide personalized, patient-centered care—treating each individual as a person, not a transaction.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
I truly felt that God’s hand was in every part of this journey. Opportunities seemed to fall into place, and many unexpected blessings appeared along the way. While I am deeply grateful for those blessings, any new business owner will tell you that starting a business comes with its own challenges.
Although I was well-rounded as a medical professional, I was very new to the world of business ownership. Learning not only how to work independently, but also how to manage and implement the business side of operations, has been a significant and valuable learning experience.

Thrivewell Wellness and Aesthetics is a patient-centered medical wellness and aesthetics practice dedicated to helping individuals look, feel, and function at their best. We specialize in personalized wellness, hormone optimization, medical weight loss, IV hydration and vitamin therapy, aesthetic treatments, and regenerative and peptide-based therapies designed to support whole-body health and longevity.

What would you say have been one of the most important lessons you’ve learned?
The most important lesson I’ve learned is the value of trusting the process while staying adaptable. Starting and growing a business has taught me that you can have a clear vision and strong faith, but you also have to be willing to learn, pivot, and grow through challenges. Not every decision will be perfect, and not every plan will unfold exactly as expected—but each experience brings valuable lessons.
I’ve also learned the importance of surrounding yourself with the right people—mentors, advisors, and a supportive team—who can provide guidance, accountability, and encouragement. Most of all, I’ve learned that staying true to your mission and values, even when growth feels uncomfortable, is what ultimately builds a strong, sustainable brand and meaningful impact
