Meet Isaac Harris of Nashville

Today we’d like to introduce you to Isaac Harris.

Hi Isaac, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I was raised in East Tn in the Appalachian Mountains, I come from a long line of pioneers and moonshiners. I grew up across from the mayor and his property where he would throw big bluegrass festival like parties through out the year. Growing up, I kept hearing in the distance the thumping low end from a doghouse bass from the front porch of our house but as I got older but finally got the nerve to finally walk over there and see what the noise was all about.

That moment spun into a whirlwind of finding my passion and joy. 11 years old I got to watch some of the best pickers out town had in it. I became obsessed with learning how to do it. Since then I’ve never stopped playing I went from guitar to banjo to drums to somehow writing and singing country songs. I’ve moved all over the country but am happy that I wound up in Nashville. I’ve developed as an artist for BMLG and some other great mgmt companies on the row and have been lucky enough to play and share the stage with some of Nashville’s biggest stars. It’s really a small town haha

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It may not be smooth but I wake up and choose to climb the ladder every day

Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
I’m a country music singer and song writer and I play over 200 shows a year

Before we go, is there anything else you can share with us?
Listen to my new single “Whiskey Revival” coming out March 28
