Today we’d like to introduce you to Joseph Bates.
Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
I have always loved music. I have always had a passion for it. Being in the music industry was once a dream to me, that I now get to fulfill. After working for years on my craft, I get to chance to showcase them to the world. I have battled many different aspects in life, as everyone does. All you can do is keeping going when an obstacle gets in your way. It has brought me to this place that I am at today. Growing up, I looked up to the musicians whom made it in the music industry from my small town. It inspired me that anything is possible, no matter how big or small the town your from. If you put in the work every single day, you will be rewarded.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
I don’t think anyone necessarily has a “smooth road.” Especially in the music industry, as there is such a huge talent pool. After overcoming health issues to battling to get traction going, there is always a hill to climb somewhere.
Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
I am a music producer. I have a knack for hard hitting and soul reaching production. I am proud of my recent billboard charting track and album that I produced on which is the track “Blue Devil” on Key Glock’s “Glockaveli” album.
How do you define success?
Living life to the fullest under your own standards. Spending quality time with family, friends, and loved ones at your own will and experiencing all of life’s greatest moments together.
