Meet Keelie Walker of Keelie Rae Coaching

Today we’d like to introduce you to Keelie Walker.

Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
When I was growing up, there was a time when my family experienced financial hardship, going from “having it all” to losing everything they’d worked so hard to build. Money became the center of many conversations and shaped many of my early decisions in life, including the kind of career I would end up choosing. I wanted to pursue a financially secure path and believed a career in accounting would provide that. After graduating with my Masters in Accounting, obtaining my CPA license, and landing a prestigious job at one of the Big 4 accounting firms, I had later achieved (what I thought to be) my dream job by the age of 30. Doors were opening, opportunities flowing, and on paper, my life should have made me incredibly happy. But deep down, I felt like something was missing. I wasn’t happy. I wasn’t fulfilled. I felt like there was more to my life than this – a bigger purpose that I’m here to fulfill.

I began exploring deeper questions of ‘What’s my purpose?’ which led me to a self-discovery journey that changed my entire life. I began to unlock deeper truths around myself, who I’m here to be, and what I came here to do with my life. The more I connected to myself and my inner voice, the more I knew I couldn’t stay unfulfilled any longer, but the fear of the unknown overwhelmed me. There was so much uncertainty – would I be ‘successful’ on this new path? Would I regret leaving my career when there was so much more to be offered? What about all of the time, money, and energy that went into building this path for myself? Could I really just ‘throw it all away’?

But, deep in my bones, I knew. I knew that the even bigger regret would be not knowing what could be; not knowing the happiness and fulfillment I could achieve if I took a chance on myself and my purpose. I knew that if I denied myself my truth and stayed on my current path, then I would always wonder… “What if?”

It was this bigger “What if?” question that finally gave me the courage to do the scariest thing I’ve ever done by taking the leap from my corporate 9-5 and starting completely over from scratch for my chance at a more meaningful and fulfilling life.

Today, I know where I’m meant to be. I spend my days guiding and empowering others to find their true calling and live a life and career that’s in alignment with their authentic self.

I coach individuals who feel trapped on paths they’ve outgrown because starting over feels too scary; individuals who feel confused about who they are because of decisions that an outdated version of themselves once made. It’s my mission to support individuals in living a life that they truly love; one that feels so deeply aligned and connected to who they came here to be in the world – even if it means empowering them to take the ‘scary’ leaps to go all-in on a brand new path.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Definitely not! Taking the leap to start my own business has absolutely come with its own set of struggles.

One significant challenge was navigating a major identity shift. So much of my identity when I quit was intertwined with who I was in my accounting career. I had to take a hard look at how we often define our worth by our job, title, money and status, and then I had to redefine who I was – not as a ‘successful accountant’, but simply as ME.

Stepping into the unknown also triggered a lot of old fears around money and stability. I faced many deeply ingrained beliefs around safety and security. I was also navigating burnout from my years in corporate and quickly realized my nervous system was in need of deep healing and recovery. This eventually led me to the discovery of breathwork, which has become one of my biggest nervous system regulation and energy management tools to help me stay grounded and centered in both my life and work. Now, as a certified Breathwork Practitioner, it’s one of the key tools I use to support my clients.

We’ve been impressed with Keelie Rae, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
My coaching practice is all about helping individuals unlock profound transformation in their daily life and career, focusing on bridging the gap between where they are now and where they truly desire to be. As a Holistic Life Coach, I support my clients in bringing their entire being – their life, career, and energy – into deep alignment so they can step into their fullest potential and live a life they truly love.

What truly sets me apart is my holistic approach to life coaching. I know firsthand that lasting fulfillment comes from deep inner alignment, which is why my focus extends far beyond just external goals and results. I integrate two very distinct, powerful tools – breathwork and Human Design – to help my clients create more alignment in their daily life and achieve real, long-lasting results.

My personalized programs focus on purpose discovery, nervous system recovery, career alignment, and energy management. I guide my clients individually through a transformative process that reveals their unique purpose and helps them build a life and career they truly love. With my comprehensive skillset and unique blend of modalities, I design daily practices for my clients to help them feel grounded, centered, and aligned in their day-to-day lives so they can make informed decisions and take action from a place of deep clarity and trust.

I’m most proud of building my brand of empowering individuals to create a life that genuinely feels like theirs. It’s incredibly fulfilling to see my clients turn their dreams into a reality and transform their lives from the inside out.

I want readers to know that if they’ve ever felt that nagging sense that something is missing from their life, or if they’re feeling stuck on a path or in a career that no longer serves them, they’re not alone. There is a way forward, and the life they truly desire is likely a lot closer than they think. All it takes is a single, intentional step to begin creating that profound shift. A step that, with the right guidance and support, can confidently lead them directly to the life they were always meant to live.

How do you define success?
There was a time in my life when I believed success was tied to external achievements. But a deep journey into my true self and calling taught me otherwise. Today, I realize that success is about so much more than a job, title, or income. Success is experiencing genuine joy and fulfillment in your everyday life; it’s about living each day with purpose and authenticity; it’s the profound peace you feel when you are being exactly who you are meant to be in the world. To me, true success is knowing you are making a meaningful impact simply by being authentically YOU and doing the work you were born to do.
