Started playing at 13yrs old. Professionally at 15.
Moved to Nashville 29yrs ago.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Got sober at 23yrs old. Was drinking nearly a 1/5th a day.
Ups and downs financially etc.
What do you like and dislike about the city?
The food selections have increase dramatically. When I moved here originally Shoneys was a viable option.
Prince’s Hot Chicken Shack is still the best restaurant in all of Nashville.
Infrastructure sucks. Also, we’re homogenizing the charm out of Music City.
