Meet Krisann Binetti of International United Miss

Today we’d like to introduce you to Krisann Binetti.

Hi Krisann , please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
Founded in 2016 by Holly Sour and Krisann Binetti, IUM emerged from a shared vision—Krisann, once a competitor turned coach, and Holly, a business-savvy pageant mom, collaborated to create a platform that uplifts women and girls beyond the traditional pageant stage .

They envisioned a pageant system where authenticity is celebrated, and achievements on and off stage are honored—a place where every woman can confidently embrace her unique self .
Growth and Reach: Starting from humble beginnings in Pennsylvania, IUM has grown significantly. Today, it spans nearly 20 state pageants and welcomes participants from around the globe—including the UK, South Africa, Germany, and more .
Notable Venues: The competition has taken participants from iconic venues like the Atlantic City boardwalk to Myrtle Beach, and now the vibrant backdrop of Orlando. Over eight years, thousands have taken the stage, and each year, about 10 exceptional women are inducted into their sisterhood, Omega Pi Epsilon, continuing to support the IUM community even after their reigns .

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Being a director hasn’t always been easy—there have been long nights, tough decisions, and plenty of challenges along the way. But every crown placed, every memory made, and every young woman who grows through this system reminds me that it’s all been worth it. Watching our vision come to life year after year is the greatest reward.

As you know, we’re big fans of International United Miss . For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about the brand?
At International United Miss, our brand has always been rooted in authenticity, empowerment, and sisterhood. We are proud to be more than just a pageant—we are a system that celebrates individuality, encourages leadership, and creates opportunities that extend far beyond the stage.

What makes us different is the way we pour into our delegates. From unforgettable royalty trips and personal development workshops, to service opportunities and our signature sorority Omega Pi Epsilon, we focus on building lifelong memories and meaningful connections. Every girl who walks across our stage becomes part of a family that uplifts her, celebrates her achievements, and supports her journey long after her reign.

We’re proud of the culture we’ve created: one that values service, confidence, and personal growth as much as crowns and titles. At IUM, every delegate is seen, celebrated, and set up to shine.

We love surprises, fun facts and unexpected stories. Is there something you can share that might surprise us?
One of the things we’re most proud of at International United Miss is our prize package—it’s not just about the crown. Our titleholders receive an incredible year filled with experiences, opportunities, and keepsakes that most people don’t realize come with winning.

Of course, our winners walk away with beautiful crowns, custom sashes, and stunning rhinestone awards, but what truly sets us apart are the once-in-a-lifetime experiences: all-expense-paid royalty trips, professional photoshoots, wardrobe pieces, and media features that help build each queen’s personal brand. On top of that, we invest in our queens with tools for public speaking, leadership development, and networking opportunities that open doors well beyond their pageant year.

What many may not know is that our titleholders also join our exclusive sisterhood, Omega Pi Epsilon, which ensures the benefits of winning extend far beyond a single reign. Our prize package is designed to celebrate, support, and set our queens up for long-term success—in pageantry and in life.
