Hi LaLa, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
My story starts with a moment of disenchantment. I was bartending, showing up fully every day, but something kept whispering that I was built for more. People would open up to me without fail, sharing their lives, their pain, their breakthroughs. I wasn’t just pouring drinks. I was holding space.
Through therapy, meditation, and radical self-reflecction, I made the leap into life coaching. It wasn’t a detour from who I was. It was an arrival.
Today I run The Epiphany Dreams Life, a spiritually rooted brand built on intentional living and the belief that transformation is possible for anyone willing to do the inner work. The mission is simple: touch as many lives as possible and remind people of who they really are.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Not at all. I built this from a bedroom I shared with my toddler son. I invested money that didn’t always come back. I had moments where I seriously asked myself if I should quit and go back to a corporate job. Those questions were heavy.
What kept me grounded was my faith and an unshakeable sense that this was the path I was meant to walk. I kept coming back to that truth even when the road got hard. The struggle was real, but so was the calling, and the calling won.
Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
I am a spiritual life coach, energy healer, tarot reader, wedding officiant, jewelry creator, and content creator. Everything I do lives under one roof: The Epiphany Dreams Life.
What I am most proud of is simply being unapologetically myself. I am no longer shrinking or softening who I am to fit into someone else’s comfort zone. I know my worth, I know my boundaries, and I hold them.
What sets me apart is that every single thing I do is rooted in divine intention. I do not create when my energy is off. I do not show up half-assed. I understand that energy transfer is real and I take that seriously, which means when people receive something from me, whether it is a reading, a piece of jewelry, or a coaching session, they are receiving something made and delivered with full positive presence. And I will always tell you the truth. No fluff, no sugarcoating. Just real, honest, spirit led guidance.
What was your favorite childhood memory?
My favorite childhood memories all have the same backdrop: outside. I can still picture my siblings and me on the swing set while my dad tinkered around in the yard nearby. Those simple moments of riding bikes, playing basketball, and chasing each other around felt so free. There was no agenda, just presence, laughter, and family. That feeling of being fully alive in a moment is something I carry with me to this day and honestly something I try to pour back into everything I create.
