Today we’d like to introduce you to Mafe Díaz.
Hi Mafe, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I’m Mafe, born in Colombia with a curious and strategic outlook on the entrepreneurial world.
I’ve always been passionate about understanding how ideas are born and how we can turn them into something real. That’s why I studied both Finance and Graphic Design, a combination that perfectly reflects how I think and create: with structure, but also with a strong visual and emotional sensitivity.
Over the years, I specialized in Branding & Marketing and found my true calling: helping others, especially women, transform their ideas into soulful brands. That’s how MafePop was born, my personal brand and the space from which I guide entrepreneurs to build authentic, purposeful, and sustainable brands.
Today, after many lessons, experiences, and dozens of guided projects, I dedicate myself to empowering more people to trust their voice, dare to sell from their essence, and build businesses that are true to their vision.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It hasn’t been an easy road. Emigrating has been one of the biggest challenges of my life. Back in Colombia, I owned a physical beauty business I truly loved, but due to personal circumstances, I had to leave it all behind and start over. I moved through different cities, worked in customer service and call centers, and later explored roles in finance, HR, and sales.
Each stage taught me something essential, from developing patience, to learning how to communicate with empathy and sell with purpose. When I arrived in the U.S., I had to start from zero, without knowing the system or having the resources to start a business like I did back home. But still, I took the leap.
Adapting to a new culture without losing my identity was an emotional, mental, and spiritual challenge. But today, I’m grateful for every obstacle, because they shaped me into the mentor and entrepreneur I am: a purpose-driven woman who turns challenges into opportunities, and helps other women do the same.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
I primarily developed a personal brand through which I help people build authentic brands, design their digital services, and turn their talents into income using tools like branding, visual communication, and emotional marketing. I’ve created a brand ecosystem that reflects my purpose: to empower, educate, and position soul-driven businesses.
My work expands through three platforms:
– @mafe.pop | www.mafepop.com | My personal brand, focused on mentorships, strategic consultations, in-person workshops, and content creation for women entrepreneurs.
– @caddesignus | www.caddesign.online | My creative agency (CAD DESIGN US), specializing in visual branding, identity design, no-code web design, content creation (photography & video), and digital positioning strategies.
– @brandemosacademy – Brandemos Academy, my digital academy where I offer practical and transformative trainings in branding, marketing, and personal development for people who want to launch their brands, sell with confidence, and build from their essence.
What sets me apart is the closeness, structure, and soulful strategic vision I bring to every brand. I don’t work with trends or aesthetics alone, my approach is deep, emotional, and profitable. I’m proud to have helped dozens of women take the leap, sell their first products, and bring visibility to what once felt impossible.
My mission is clear: to help you believe in your story, structure your talent, and launch a brand that connects, sells, and transforms.
Who else deserves credit in your story?
I haven’t gotten here alone, and I truly believe success is never a solo journey. There is always someone behind the scenes, people, books, ideas, or moments that push us forward. For me, my very first mentors were my parents, lifelong entrepreneurs who taught me through example that creating, building, and moving forward is simply the way of life. That mindset shaped me deeply.
I’ve also had the privilege of learning from mentors like César Dabian, Alejandro Cardona, Verónica Ruiz del Vizo, Michelle Poler, Ángela Blones, Tamara Labbé, Vilma Núñez, Gabriel Beltrán, and Tony Robbins, Some of them have mentored me directly, others have been long-distance guides through their books, podcasts, programs, or simply by the way they live and lead.
I could go on listing authors and YouTube channels that have planted seeds along the way, but the truth is, I was never alone. For me, God has always been first in this journey. He has guided me, opened doors, and placed the right people, true angels, in my path at the perfect time. Without Him, nothing would have direction or purpose.
