Hi Michael, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I started selling on Amazon because i was working 60 hours a week and had no passion for what i was doing. i saw the potential in being able to send in products & people could shop for them 24/7 & the company would fulfill my orders. I’ve been able to grow buy working with brands & there Authorized distributors to get people the Authentic quality products they want. Also, there’s a lot of software’s that can track & automate the process, so it allows me to be less hands on & problem solve/grow.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
for the most part it has been a smooth road I’ve found the services & systems that work for me. I prioritize having a solid foundation & risk management. Struggles I’ve delt with though are packages getting lost which results in product & customer refund cost. Also, when a product gets returned and it can’t be resold resulting in double loss again. Timing issues can also be a problem you can send in inventory & not have it available to customers for a month.

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
I sell everyday products online we specialize in getting Authentic products at lowest prices helping ourselves brand & customers. we’re know for customer service & shipping products protected well. I’m most proud that we’ve been able to grow over the months & help 100’s of other sellers with problems & providing a better experience to people. i think what set’s me apart is being good at the boring things knowing the policy’s & procedures inside & out & being big on risk mitigation & overall customer experince. ..

What matters most to you?
What matters most to me is building relationships with brands that are mutually beneficial to us & the customer. Also continuing to grow but make sure the foundation & procedures are in place. lastly i like educating people that have an interest in this space. I think educating matters most because saving time & money is important, It also forces me to stay up to date on any changes etc that happen on the platform.
