Hi Paige and Senika , it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
We have always had a passion for dance individually and that is where we first became friends. Chosen flow was the name that was birthed out of our friendship. At that time, dance was about ourselves but as time went on dance became all about giving Jesus glory. Chosen flow allowed us to stay as one in our passion for dance.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
One of the obstacles that we had to face was being given the opportunity to minister at our local church. We were trying to operate under the permission with our local church at the time but ran into a few challenges along the way. It caused us to have to pivot into doing it outside of the church. We now have opportunities to minister at local events and other church functions.

Chosen Flow is a dance ministry that strives to give Jesus glory through creative movement. We strive to minister through all Christian music such as gospel and traditional worship. Our mission is to know Jesus and make his name known in the world!
Are there any books, apps, podcasts or blogs that help you do your best?
The Bible is our foundation first and foremost. It leads and guides our life as well as ministry. Our anchor scripture is 1 Peter 2:9 “But you are not like that, for you are a chosen people. You are royal priests, a holy nation, God’s very own possession. As a result, you can show others the goodness of God, for he called you out of the darkness into his wonderful light.” We also value going to workshops and watching YouTube to learn new skills/techniques.
