Meet Paige Kosinski

Today we’d like to introduce you to Paige Kosinski.

Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
I’m originally from upstate New York but have always had a passion for both music and social media, so I went to pursue a music business degree at Belmont University in Nashville. Being a part of the Nashville music scene allowed me to have more opportunities to network, learn, and grow through internships, jobs, and volunteer positions.

I met Nicole Kasper at my previous job and we worked so well together that we knew we wanted to never stop! Our mutual love for the evolution of social media, management, and working with undeniable talent led us to start Odyssey Entertainment Group.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way? Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
The road has been rocky at some points but it’s never perfect for anyone wanting to take the leap of faith to start their own business! If it weren’t for the mentors we had along the way and the motivation to build something that would someday be able to make a difference for others in the entertainment industry, I don’t know how we would have gotten to this point.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
We are an artist and influencer management company with a focus on cutting-edge social media strategy. While Nicole is an expert in sales, management, and negotiation, I’m extremely passionate about social strategy, business development, and branding. These differences allow us to work so well together and offer hands-on and personalized relationships with our clients.

I’m most proud of our ability to shift gears and enter an industry that is not as normalized or easily accessible in the city of Nashville. We’ve absolutely loved having the opportunity to challenge ourselves, meet and execute campaigns with creatives in all areas of entertainment, and work with artists in genres of music that we’re passionate about.

What sort of changes are you expecting over the next 5-10 years?
Over the next 5-10 years we want to continue to scale while continuing to do the things we do best. Social media is an ever-changing world, and luckily for us, social influencers understand this better than anyone else.
