Hi Reginald, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
My name is Reginald Holt-Robinson, and I am a proud husband, father, Nashville native, twice TSU alumnae, and member of Omega Psi Phi fraternity incorporated.
My wife and I started Holt-Robinson and Sons Junk Removal officially in 2022, however, I have always been the person to be called on to assist with removing junk and moving friends and family ever since I can remember. I have worked in the logistics industry for almost 18 years for UPS as well, so my work experience and passion combined only made sense for us to launch our junk removal business!
At Holt Robinson and Sons Junk Removal, our mission is to provide superior junk and debris removal services to homeowners, contractors, and business owners in the Middle Tennessee area, while simultaneously prioritizing environmental sustainability. We are dedicated to helping our clients reclaim their spaces by efficiently and responsibly removing unwanted junk.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not, what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
As a small business owner, the challenges I have faced are building brand awareness by increasing new client visibility as well as securing funding to grow and expand.
We’re overcoming these challenges by investing in marketing, seeking new funding sources, and most importantly giving ourselves grace by trusting in God and putting in the work needed for our success.

Junk Removal is a recession-resistant industry. As long as families are moving, remodeling projects, companies building, and consumers buying homes, there will always be junk and a need for junk removal services.
