Hi Vasisht, Praveen, and Arjun, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
My Sauce Lab is the product of three restaurant veterans, a saucey idea, and a kitchen.
Based in Nashville, Tennessee, we set out to bottle up the wild flavors of our world travels into unexpected combinations that add mouthwatering, saucey goodness to every bite.
Our rich and authentic sauces are vegan, gluten-free, and made with zero artificial preservatives. All of our ingredients are high quality, and elevate any dish that our sauce dresses!
We wanted to create a memorable sauce with amazing flavors that could be paired with a wide variety of dishes and different cuisines. They can also be used in a multitude of ways – dressing, topping, cooking, and marinade. All three founders are endlessly curious, and we’re always experimenting with new flavor combinations.
We currently have six sauces that deliver a balanced heat with exotic flavors. Each sauce celebrates a different flavor category, and we love hearing how our fellow saucey cooks use each one.

I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle-free, but so far would you say the journey has been a fairly smooth road?
Our biggest challenge to date has been scaling our marketing efforts.
We love blending amazing sauces that create lifetime, saucey fans — that part is easy. The sauces speak for themselves, and sales have continued to grow steadily this year.
We’re now at a point where we’re ready to see that growth increase exponentially.
We’ve been impressed with Cloud Concepts, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
We started this umbrella company to create different food & beverage concepts that have the potential to scale. My Sauce Lab is the first brand we launched. It is a flavorful hot sauce company, that delivers amazing flavors.
My Sauce Lab is different from other sauces in two ways:
– Our sauces can be paired with a wide variety of dishes and different cuisines. From chicken wings to burgers to steaks to fried rice and even, salads and soups, our sauces elevate all dishes alike.
– They can also be used in a multitude of ways – dressing, topping, cooking, and marinade.
All three founders are endlessly curious, and we’re always experimenting with new flavor combinations. The brand is all about being fun and adventurous yet being committed and proud of what we do in creating our sauces. That truly resonates with the personalities of the founders.
