Meet William Barron of Providence Builder Group

Today we’d like to introduce you to William Barron.

William Barron

Hi William, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
I’m a builder who started as a fine dining restaurant manager in MD and CO.

My wife and I moved to Franklin, TN in 2020. I had an opportunity to launch my home-building business and decided to build to the absolute best of my ability and offer clients the ability to build a custom home without making it a second job.

We are where we are today because of our turnkey approach to each project to make the building process as easy as possible while building something we’re proud to look back on in 50 years.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Nothing about building in Nashville’s saturated market is easy.

The succinct version of a long story is that everyone builds cheaply and thinks that because nothing falls down, it warrants a big price tag. We’re not the cheapest builder in town, but we surely build among the best.

Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about Providence Builder Group?
Providence Builder Group is a construction company that specializes in impeccable custom homes, turnkey development services, and high-grade renovations. We are a fully licensed builder for residential, commercial, and industrial projects and we offer one thing above all:

Unrelenting Standards.

We are a proud steward of our clients’ budgets, we strengthen our client’s projects through building science and stout advisory, and we build with supreme integrity.

I’m most proud of our building process; filled with communication, swift execution, experienced advice, transparent building practices, state-of-the-art building science, and client compassion.

We build new homes and custom homes, but we also are a developing partner that offers turnkey solutions from vision to execution to exit. Whether it’s your forever home or a neighborhood you’re investing in: we’re big enough to serve, and small enough to care.

Have you learned any interesting or important lessons due to the COVID-19 crisis?
We learned that there’s no preventing human perseverance and strength of spirit.
