Today we’d like to introduce you to Ayla Demirci.
Hi Ayla, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself
I started a food blog back in 2016 and through that experience, I’ve learned so much about styling, photography, marketing, and website management. I stopped the blog but continued my passion for photography and styling. After being asked by friends and family to take pictures and/ or to decorate for various events, I just decided to run with it! I’ve been able to use my passions to generate an income which makes me very proud.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It’s been a struggle finding my place in all of the chaos. It’s so hard for me to stick to one thing. I’m still trying to decide exactly what I’d like to pursue full time but I’m in a position where I can play with ideas and take risks so I’ve been very lucky.
Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
My son once told me “You make my world beautiful” It’s true that I like to make things beautiful! Before all else, I am a mother but I’m also an interior decorator, food blogger, and freelance photographer.
Before we go, is there anything else you can share with us?
Right now, I’m working on a new website which I don’t want to discuss too much in detail but I will say that the vision I have is too big for one person to manage all alone so I’d really like to gather a team of individuals with similar interests so I can bring this vision to life.
