Today we’d like to introduce you to Brett Bauer.
Hi brett, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
I have been in business for 13 years. My services include mowing, weed control and fertilization, and aeration and overseeding. I am transitioning for riding on a mower to being a dealer for Sunseeker robotic mowers. I have built my business on being accountable and proving a good service to my customers.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Made alot of mistakes along the way. Not knowing how to price jobs at first to trying to take some shortcuts that did not work. I have been blessed with good customers some which have been with me form the start.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I have been in the lawn care business for 13 years. I started mowing and them gradually added equipment to include weed control and fertilization and over seeding. I have worked completely off of referrals and have not had to advertis ..I think ia am most proud of my customer service by doing what I say I am going to do and being honest with my customers and charging a fair price for my services.
What was your favorite childhood memory?
Just growing up in a small town and having a loving and supportive family. Playing sports
