Rising Stars: Meet Danielle Medwed of Nashville

Today we’d like to introduce you to Danielle Medwed.

Danielle, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
My journey as an F45 coach actually began as a member. I was attending classes multiple times a week, drawn not only to the challenging workouts and the convenience of having the programming done for me, but also to the incredible community. The coaches consistently pushed me beyond what I would have accomplished on my own, celebrating every milestone right alongside me. Over time, my fellow members became some of my closest friends.

When I heard the studio was looking to hire a new coach, I saw it as the perfect motivation to earn my Certified Personal Trainer certification. Just three months later, I joined the coaching team. Today, I have the privilege of providing the same encouragement, accountability, and support that made me fall in love with F45 in the first place.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Every new venture comes with its share of obstacles, but none of them ever deterred me. If anything, each challenge became an opportunity to learn and grow. I’ve made mistakes along the way—as we all do—but that’s part of being human. What makes this community so special is that it’s built on lifting each other up. Even in moments when I’ve stumbled, I’ve never felt like I had to figure it out alone.

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
At F45, our job is about so much more than leading a workout. Every class is an opportunity to help people become stronger, more confident versions of themselves. Whether someone is walking into the studio for the very first time or training for a specific goal, our focus is on creating an environment where they feel challenged, supported, and excited to keep showing up.

What I personally love most about F45 is that we truly meet people where they are. Our programming is designed to be effective for every fitness level, and our coaches are there to provide the encouragement, accountability, and guidance that help members accomplish things they may not have thought were possible. That sense of community is what drew me to F45 as a member, and it’s what inspires me every day as a coach.

What I’m most proud of is being part of a team that celebrates every victory, big or small. Whether it’s someone completing their first class, hitting a personal best, or simply building the confidence to prioritize their health, those moments are what make this work so rewarding. I think what sets F45 apart is that we’re not just helping people exercise—we’re helping them build lasting habits, meaningful relationships, and a place where they genuinely want to be.

Any big plans?
My plans are simple: to continue making fitness a priority, no matter what season of life I’m in. Life is constantly changing, and with those changes comes the need to adapt, but taking care of yourself should always remain a priority. To be the best version of yourself for the people and responsibilities that matter most, you have to make yourself a priority too.

As a coach, I hope to continue helping others discover that fitness isn’t about perfection; it’s about building healthy, sustainable habits that improve every aspect of life. Whether I’m coaching classes, encouraging members to reach new goals, or simply helping someone feel more confident walking into the studio, I want to continue being part of a community that empowers people to become the strongest version of themselves.
