Rising Stars: Meet Danielle Ruiz of Nashville

Today we’d like to introduce you to Danielle Ruiz.

Hi danielle, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
I’m Danielle Ruiz, a Los Angeles–based creative entrepreneur with a background in television hosting, modeling, entertainment, and real estate. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work across multiple industries — from hosting and appearing on television and live events, to building my personal brand through social media, content creation, and marketing collaborations.

At the same time, I’ve also built a career in real estate in California and am currently pursuing my Tennessee real estate license as my business and personal roots continue expanding into Nashville and throughout Tennessee. My family and I have also become involved in the hospitality space, operating Airbnb and vacation rental properties in Nashville and other parts of Tennessee, which has given me a deeper appreciation for entrepreneurship, community, and creating memorable experiences for people.

What I love most is that my career has never fit into just one box. I’ve always been passionate about creativity, storytelling, business, branding, and connecting with people — whether that’s through entertainment, real estate, hospitality, or digital media. Nashville has become a place that continues to inspire me creatively and professionally, and I’m excited for this next chapter of growth both personally and professionally.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It definitely hasn’t been a perfectly smooth road, but I think the challenges are what shaped me the most. Working in creative industries like entertainment, modeling, social media, and entrepreneurship can be unpredictable, and there’s a constant pressure to reinvent yourself while balancing business, personal life, and public perception.

One of the biggest lessons for me has been learning how to evolve instead of staying stuck in one identity or career path. I’ve had to navigate career transitions, motherhood, rebuilding, and taking risks on myself more than once. There were moments where I had to step back, refocus, and figure out what kind of life and legacy I truly wanted to create — not just professionally, but personally as well.

I also think being a woman in business and entertainment comes with its own challenges. People often underestimate creative careers, social media work, or hospitality ventures without realizing how much strategy, consistency, and resilience goes into building something sustainable.

At the end of the day, every challenge has pushed me to become more adaptable, more grounded, and more motivated to continue creating opportunities for myself and my family.

As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
I’m a creative entrepreneur with a background in television, modeling, hosting, social media, and real estate. I love building brands, creating content, and finding ways to connect creativity with business. Over the years, I’ve worked with businesses, hospitality brands, and lifestyle companies through content creation, marketing, and collaborations, and I really enjoy helping businesses grow while also growing alongside them.

One of the projects I’m most excited about right now is expanding our family’s presence in Nashville and Tennessee through hospitality and Airbnb properties. We currently have two family Airbnb properties in Nashville and are continuing to grow and put down roots there. I love the creative side of hospitality — designing spaces, creating experiences, understanding what people are drawn to, and finding ways to make guests feel connected to a place.

What sets me apart is that I’ve never stayed in just one lane. I’ve been able to combine entertainment, business, social media, hospitality, and real estate into one evolving career, and I think that versatility has allowed me to build authentic relationships and opportunities across multiple industries.

Alright so before we go can you talk to us a bit about how people can work with you, collaborate with you or support you?
I’m always open to connecting and collaborating with new people, brands, and businesses. I love working with creative, hospitality, lifestyle, and entrepreneurial communities and finding ways we can grow together in authentic and mutually beneficial ways.

Whether it’s through content creation, real estate, hospitality projects, social media collaborations, or creative partnerships, I’m always excited to hear new ideas and meet new people. The best way to reach me is through my email or social media platforms.
