Rising Stars: Meet James Spencer III a.k.a “Aries Beats and Keys” of Berry Hill

Today we’d like to introduce you to James Spencer III a.k.a “Aries Beats and Keys”. Them and their team share their story with us below:

Beats and Keys Music Productions is a full-scale Music Production company creating Music for Recording artists, Radio commercials, T.V. Commercials, Music Video Production, and Film Production. James “Aries” Spencer is a Producer, Visionary, and driving force of the Music Company. “Aries Beats and Keys,” as his musical piers know him, is a Producer, not a beat maker! This means he takes your song ideas from conception and can write, help write, arrange, record, and help release your musical dream to the World. Aries can produce any genre because he is Music! R&B, Hip Hop, Reggaeton, Inspirational/Gospel, Rock, and Spoken Word, to name a few!

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not, what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
The biggest hurdle I have to deal with as a Producer is client consistency! An Artist/Music Client must be consistent and dedicated to themselves and make Music become established! In many cases, it’s their vision of a song that I’m trying to paint. I can’t do anything if a client doesn’t want to invest in themselves by buying music production, recording time, learning how to market and promote themselves, do things to help create you as an artist. You have to want success and put in the work! If Professionalism goes into your product, Professionalism will come out in your product, and YOU WILL SUCCEED!

As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar, what can you tell them about what you do?
“Aries” a local producer who has been an essential part of Nashville’s Hip Hop scene working with some of the local great Pioneers of the City. Artist “Lil Milt” We wrote the Theme Song  the Year  the Tennessee Titans were Super Bowl contenders,  The Broadway Rapper “Kyhill”, Cowboy and the Block Hustlers, R & B Duo “Intuition”.  He’s worked with Nashville Producers  Matt Mahaffey “SELF”, and Arlo Rowell “Dig Low Productions” , Houston Baker and Mike Johnson. Today he is so honored his legacy live on through his Son James F. Spencer IV, aka IVBEATSS /LOADMEUPIV, FULLYLOADEDMOB. My son was blessed to get signed to a Production Deal at 16, By Industry Producer Tay Keith. My son has had major successes in his career already, with more to come, and I am so glad he’s having this experience in the industry.

Enigma Leon De Oro is a local Reggaeton Artist I’m backing as a Music Production Label. He has “I.T.” I was introduced to Enigma by Dj Bryant D, who passed in the first year of the Covid Pandemic. He was the reason I got into the Latin Lane of my music production. He said do something that’s not been done before, Aries. Bring a Latin Artist out of Nashville! We are doing it for him, the Culture, and the Black and Brown movement!

Can you talk to us about how you think about risk?
Currently, I am venturing into Single Production thru my Beats and Keys Music Production Brand and Co/Joint Production of songs with a few Musical artists. I believe in and support these artists as a Music Production Label.

I also have a movie in Production with Westley Crutcher Films named “Mi Veganza,” about a Police Officer that Bust and Stops a Narcos Cartel’s Drug Shipment. The Officer is hunted and left for dead by the Sicario for the Cartel but returns to avenge himself! My Team and I are making all Sounds and Music for the movie! You have to put yourself out there and take the risk! Stars surround me in the Making! And they’re so talented they make my productions and visions shine, so why not put them on as well! I make it; we all make it!
