Today we’d like to introduce you to Larry & Toshya DeRossett.
Hi Larry & Toshya, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
Larry has been doing renovations since he was a teen and built a thriving business in Illinois. He relocated to TN and started doing renovations in the Brentwood/ Franklin area. When Larry met and married Toshya that relocated the business to Mt. Juliet. Toshya’s background is in healthcare and non profit work and focused on helping people. After a bit of time Toshya was added to the business and brought a personal aspect to each project. Today we focus on high quality work centered around making each homeowners dreams a reality. Working together we get to take pride in client focused expert home renovations.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
We constantly struggle with finding employees who have the same desire for top of the line quality.
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
Larrys work speaks for its self in terms of quality. Everything he does is focused on making a product that will last for years to come. When clients spend money to remodel a home, we want that product to last and for the homeowner to have years and years for making memories in that space. Larry’s speciality is custom anything but he loves making custom cabinets to last. We have our own cabinet shop and take pride in that product.
Toshya spends time with the client to learn how they need the project to work for them. She wants to know what are their biggest issues with the current space and then is able to communicate that to Larry to create working space with funtionality.
What matters most to you?
Quality work and client satisfaction! If we can make the remodeling process easy for the homeowner and create a product that works as they need it to and last, we have a client for years to come. This is the best advertisement we can get in a world of so many that disappoint. Most of our clients become family and call us to ask options on any issues they have in their home later on.
