Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
Hello! My name is Nora, and I am an entrepreneur, based in Nashville. My business is a Social Media Marketing agency, called Radiant Marketing! I decided to start this business because I wanted freedom from the constant 9-5 hustle, and ability to spend more time traveling, seeing family and friends, and working in my church in ministry. I specialize in working with designers, travel and health and beauty businesses. Love it every day! 

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It has been a fun and also interesting road! I have really enjoyed working with people and helping their businesses grow. The challenges have also helped me grow! A few would be the starting up of the business. All of the government documents were difficult to grasp at first, but if you just step back, and take a deep breath you can accomplish it! 

As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
I am the owner of a Social Media Marketing agency, called Radiant Marketing! I specialize in managing/running social media accounts, email marketing, and running paid social ads for businesses. My markets are Design, Health and Beauty, and Travel, but of course, all are welcome! I am proud of the work I’ve done, and how I am able to be creative! I am set apart from the others because I am a boutique agency, so I curate and cater to each individual business’s needs. No business is the same, so neither are my services! 

If you had to, what characteristic of yours would you give the most credit to?
I think the most important qualities to my success are being friendly and approachable, and remaining organized and self-motivated! You have to be organized, when starting your own business because you are every part of your business. You’re the manager, supervisor, creative director, and financial advisor, so organization is key!
