Today we’d like to introduce you to Ramona Amos.
Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
I began my career in student affairs, where I developed a passion for helping students grow in and beyond the classroom. I loved watching college students discover their strengths, build confidence, and grow as leaders. I also found joy in curating programs whether large-scale events to intimate coffeehouse-style gatherings and seeing each experience through from the initial concept and planning to execution and the final recap.
I later stepped away from my career temporarily to care for my family. That season ultimately became part of my own journey through caregiving, grief, healing, faith, and rediscovering purpose. Those experiences inspired me to write *Wellthy Reflections: A Guided Journey Through Healing, Faith, and Purpose*, a devotional that invites readers to reflect on their own journeys through thoughtfully guided prompts.
**If you’re navigating a season of healing, transition, or rediscovery, I invite you to begin your own reflection journey, using the book as a place to start.**
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It for sure has not been a smooth road. There have been some turbulence—and a few Nashville-sized potholes—along the way. Healing after grief is not a linear journey, and one of the greatest challenges has been learning to accept that while still navigating the responsibilities and demands of everyday life.
The good news is that with the support of family and friends, helpful resources, and my own internal drive, I have been able to turn many of those challenges into opportunities to grow and, ultimately, to help others who may be navigating difficult seasons of their own.
Because I was able to intentionally focus on healing from grief, I have also become more intentional in how I approach business. “The All Set Company” continues to plan memorable events and provide gift-curation services, but our work has evolved to place an even greater emphasis on hospitality and creating thoughtful guest experiences.
We have expanded our offerings to provide concierge services for rental and property management companies, including pre-arrival fridge and space stocking, customized itineraries, immersive experience curation, and special-occasion decorating. At the heart of it all is the same goal: to anticipate needs, handle the details beautifully, and create experiences that make people feel cared for, welcomed, and celebrated.
Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
I would describe myself as a creative at heart. In 2020, I started “The All Set Company”, a full service event planning company. The pandemic changed the landscape of events, I shifted my focus to another area of the business: gift curation.
One of our signature offerings is our suitcase-style decorative storage boxes. Over the years, they have been used in countless creative ways—as school supply boxes, gift boxes, baby keepsake boxes, photography and tabletop props, travel-themed event décor, and more. By request, we also personalize the boxes with vinyl lettering or images, ribbons, stickers, and themed gift bundles.
What I love most is creating something thoughtful, meaningful, and memorable for each person or organization we serve. That same philosophy carries into my work through “Wellthy Reflections”. Individuals and companies who book facilitated discussions on grief, speaking engagements, or consultation services receive a complimentary nested gift set as an extension of the experience.
I am most proud of my ability to take an idea, story, or need and turn it into an intentional experience. Whether I am planning an event, curating a gift, facilitating a conversation, or creating a resource around grief and healing, I approach the work with creativity, empathy, and attention to detail. What sets me apart is that I do not simply focus on what something looks like. I think deeply about how it will make someone feel and what they will carry with them after the experience is over.
How do you think about happiness?
What makes me happy is seeing how far I have come with the help of God and the support of those who have walked alongside me. Knowing that I was able to remain resilient during seasons of sorrow and still hold on to hope during times of uncertainty strengthens my faith.
I am also deeply fulfilled by being able to use what I have learned through my own journey to encourage and help others. There is something meaningful about knowing that difficult experiences were not wasted and that they can become a source of connection, purpose, and hope for someone else.
Through “Wellthy Reflections”, we curate immersive experiences designed to bring joy, foster connection, and create space for reflection, healing, and renewal. Whether through guided conversations, thoughtfully designed gatherings, or wellness-centered experiences, the goal is to help individuals reconnect with themselves and others in meaningful ways.
**We’re excited to partner with corporations, churches, organizations, and individuals that value meaningful connection and want to offer their communities thoughtfully curated experiences, facilitated conversations, and hospitality-centered programming.
