Hi Shontoya, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
Me and my significant other came together to game plan our next chapter in life. We were going over names and I threw out “Turks and Boots.” He loved the name so much, he curated a menu the following day and it has been flowing since.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
We have come along way in the past 3-4 years, from meal prepping, catering, opening up new businesses and more. There has been multiple ventures in which has seemed promising but turned out to be just a steeping stool for the next chapter God has aligned for us. It is a joyous feeling to finally call something ours.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
We specialize in stuffed turkey legs. Our turkey legs fall right off the bone and in everything but there’s flavor. We are set apart based off of our menu selection and the theme of our place. “Country Western vibes”
