Today we’d like to introduce you to William “Bill” Britt.
Bill, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
I moved to Nashville to pursue a Music and was lucky to have a very successful one. At the end of my music career I have a dear friend who had a brokerage and would always help her and around her business. She would explained how things worked and it sparked my interest and the more I learned the more I fell in love with the business. She helped me get my license in 2010 and I’ve never looked back
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
I started during the market crash and took another job to pay the bills. During Covid the position ended and I found myself once again jumping back full time into real estate. And all my friends and past clients rallied around and once again I was full time. The market swing always concerns us as realtors but with a steady pace I have managed to persevere
As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
My communication skills I believe set me apart from others. It is very important to be available and answer questions as they arise and I am know for that
If we knew you growing up, how would we have described you?
I grew up in a small town where everyone helps their neighbors and it has stayed with me my whole life and one of the most important things for me is to help others
