We’re looking forward to introducing you to Anastasia Barrett . Check out our conversation below.

Anastasia , really appreciate you sharing your stories and insights with us. The world would have so much more understanding and empathy if we all were a bit more open about our stories and how they have helped shaped our journey and worldview. Let’s jump in with a fun one: Have any recent moments made you laugh or feel proud?
Yes! During our most recent retreat we laughed the entire time! The joy, connection, and genuine sisterhood made me so proud of what God is doing through The organization God blessed me with.

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
My name is Anastasia Barrett, I’m a follower of Christ, I’m a wife to a loving, supportive husband and a mother to a remarkable child who continues to inspire my journey every day. I have the honor of being the founder of She’s Unapologetic a women’s empowerment and faith-based organization dedicated to helping women evolve unapologetically through community, accountability, and spiritual growth.

She’s Unapologetic was birthed out of my own season of brokenness. In that time, God took my pain and transformed it into purpose creating a space where women can heal, grow, and rediscover who they are in Him. My mission is to remind women that no matter what they’ve been through, Every piece of your journey holds value because God can use it to glorify His name. Through She’s Unapologetic, I’m passionate about helping women embrace their God-given identity, walk boldly in purpose, and continue evolving unapologetically.

Great, so let’s dive into your journey a bit more. Who taught you the most about work?
My mom and dad taught me the importance of hard work and dedication. Watching them take pride in what they do and always show up gave me a strong example of integrity and perseverance.

What did suffering teach you that success never could?
Suffering taught me dependence on God in a way that success never could.
In the moments when everything felt broken, I discovered His strength holding me together. Pain became the place where pride was stripped away and faith was built. Success often shows you what’s possible with your effort, but suffering shows you what’s only possible through His grace.

Sure, so let’s go deeper into your values and how you think. What would your closest friends say really matters to you?
My closest friends would say that what matters most to me is my relationship with God, my family, and walking in my purpose. Everything I do is rooted in faith, love, and a desire to live intentionally and impact others.

Okay, so before we go, let’s tackle one more area. When do you feel most at peace?
I feel most at peace when I’ve taken time to pause & reflect when my mind is organized, my spirit is calm, and I know I’m walking in purpose rather than pressure.
