Hi Eric, thank you so much for taking time out of your busy day to share your story, experiences and insights with our readers. Let’s jump right in with an interesting one: What is something outside of work that is bringing you joy lately?
Singing on Tuesday Nights at The Local Hendersonville with my band The Designated Drinkers

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
I am Co-owner of All Access Coach Leasing in Gallatin, TN. We build and lease busses to the Entertainment Industry. We do a lot of Country Music acts and WWE wrestlers.

Amazing, so let’s take a moment to go back in time. Who taught you the most about work?
My Mom and Dad taught me about hard work and doing what you say you are going to do.
I still use that everyday in my Job

What did suffering teach you that success never could?
Suffering taught me how to stretch money, time, and the power to keep trying. It was hard in the beginning of All Access Coach to keep the doors open but suffering makes the success of today so rewarding

I think our readers would appreciate hearing more about your values and what you think matters in life and career, etc. So our next question is along those lines. Is the public version of you the real you?
It is the real me. I love to make a difference in people’s life.
I look for opportunities to show kindness and compassion for orhers

He was a great Husband, Father, and lover of others.
A true giver of his time, talent, and possessions.
