Hi Nicholle, thank you so much for joining us today. We’re thrilled to learn more about your journey, values and what you are currently working on. Let’s start with an ice breaker: What do the first 90 minutes of your day look like?
The first minutes of my day starts with prayer. Thanking God for another day and taking authority over my day.
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
My name is Nicholle and I am the host of The Saving Yourself Conferences.
These are faith-based conferences where women share their testimonies of pain to purpose. These conferences are meant to teach, inspire and encourage individuals that you can’t save yourself by yourself; but you do have to give God your “yes” and let Him shape you and mold you into the women/man that He called you to be.. The choice is yours.
Okay, so here’s a deep one: What breaks the bonds between people—and what restores them?
I believe fear is what breaks the bond between people. Fear of what’s next, fear of not being enough, just fear in general. Fear can have us stuck, not knowing how to navigate in life. Letting go of fear allows you to move forward with no inhibitions.
Forgiveness is what restores them. I always say that forgiveness allows you to let go of past hurts. When we forgive it frees us from reliving the hurt and allows us to move forward without hatred in our hearts.
What fear has held you back the most in your life?
Fear of what others thought of me and not being good enough.
Alright, so if you are open to it, let’s explore some philosophical questions that touch on your values and worldview. What’s a belief or project you’re committed to, no matter how long it takes?
I am committed to branching out the Saving Yourself Brand. The goal is to be able to assist women with preparing for job placement, preparing for interviews, assistance with clothing and housing. Also to provide Christian education showing these women that every day does not have to be a struggle but with God, All things are possible according to His will.
Okay, so before we go, let’s tackle one more area. What is the story you hope people tell about you when you’re gone?
That Nicholle genuinely loved people and wanted them to win!!
That Nicholle also told you that time is winding up and to give God your Yes so that Heaven is your destination..
That Nicholle felt like everyone has a gift/talent and her goal was to help others realize it.
