What’s more important to you—intelligence, energy, or integrity?

There is no one path – to success or even to New York (or Kansas). Similarly, what matters to others can vary widely – so we tried to tighten up that question to focus on three key traits to see what most folks in our community valued most – intelligence, energy, or integrity?

I have to go with integrity on this one. Perhaps in a different season of life, I might have chosen intelligence or energy, but the longer I live, the more I realize how rare and valuable integrity is. What is more important to me intelligence, energy, or integrity? Such an interesting question but integrity is far more important than energy and intelligence. I find integrity to be foundational.
